We are looking for CNC Operators to join our team. The candidate is expected to manage the CNC Department. You should be competent in set up of cut-files and constantly deliver on tight deadlines.

Job Title: CNC Operators
Location: Durban, La Mercy
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Type: Full Time

DUTIES

• Nesting and programming of parts to be cut on the CNC router
• Running of the router – loading material, tool changing, machine set-up
• Daily upkeep of the machine – cleaning of sliders, greasing bearings etc.
• Stock handling – record keeping of material used and materials required for upcoming jobs
• Job planning

SKILLS

• 3-5 years in the signage manufacturing industry
• Experience with “U CAN CAM” & “VISUAL MILL” Software
• Experience in working – ACM, Perspex, Komatex, Wood

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNC Router Programming Certificate
