We are looking to hire an experienced Cost Estimator to accurately estimate the cost of projects including labour, production time, and materials. To ensure success, the incumbent should be detail-oriented with advanced mathematical skills and have a solid understanding of the signage industry.

DUTIES

• Provide expert cost analysis services for our clients.
• Ensuring budgets/ estimations are submitted before deadlines.
• Preparing estimations for Tenders.
• Keep up to date with the latest costing technology and industry-related techniques.
• Obtain material pricing and organize all the information necessary to create and submit proposals to clients.
• Use detailed spreadsheets and company-approved formulas to calculate the projected costs of proposed projects.
• Review blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the quantities of materials needed.

SKILLS

• 5 years in estimations experience in the signage industry.
• Critical thinker with strong- problem solving skills.
• Efficient time management.
• Proficient in CorelDraw, Microsoft Office, ERP exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant qualification in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
