Signcraft Africa is currently seeking a Fiberglass Plant Manager with a minimum of 10 years experience in Fiberglass Manufacturing on a management level.

Duties include

• Working together with supervisors and top management
• Understands the manufacturing and signage procedures
• Create quality products by adhering to the strict quality standard expected by the company.
• Adheres to other safety/industry-related regulations.
• Meets deadlines
• Manage factory team, trains staff when required

• Relevant qualification with 10+ years` experience
• Fiberglass experience
• Chopper Gun experience is advantageous
• Attention to detail
• Mould manufacture
• Procurement of Raw materials
• Storage of Raw materials
• Full knowledge of Mixing Ratios
• Costing of products
• Production Planning
