Duties
- Conduct safety, health and environment risk assessments and audits
- Implementation and maintenance of the companies Health and Safety policies and processes
- Identifying health and safety related training requirements and coordinating training for operational teams together with HR & Training Officer
- Reporting on SHE statistics and identifying business improvement areas
- Implement relevant HSE activities and programs to promote a safe work culture
- Maintain quality assurance on ISO standards
- Safety file compilation
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules
Attributes
- Proven working experience as a Health and Safety Administrator
- Exposure to ISO standards and implementation essential
- Meticulous administrator
- Partnership building and interpersonal skills
- Decisive accurate and pro-active
- Driver’s licence is essential
Qualifications
- SACPCMP registration required
- SAMTRAC certification preferable
- Relevant Health and Safety qualifications
- SACPCMP registered
