We are looking to hire an experienced Installations Manager to oversee the installations of signage elements. To ensure success, the incumbent should be detail-oriented with advanced planning skills and have a solid understanding of the signage industry.
DUTIES
- Installations Management: manage in-house and external crews to ensure deadlines are met
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Site inspections
- Oversee quality and safety aspects on site
- Arranging of special equipment on sites
- Travel within the country/ province if required
- Ensure crews collect the correct signage elements for relevant sites
- Manage Installations queries
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
- Track Installers overtime
SKILLS
- Experience in utilising an ERP system
- Efficient planning and time management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
COMPETENCIES
- 5+ years’ experience as an Installations Manager
- Proven track record in meeting installation deadlines
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Supervising installers, providing on-site direction, and ensuring smooth teamwork.
