We are looking to hire an experienced Installations Manager to oversee the installations of signage elements. To ensure success, the incumbent should be detail-oriented with advanced planning skills and have a solid understanding of the signage industry.

DUTIES

• Installations Management: manage in-house and external crews to ensure deadlines are met
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Site inspections
• Oversee quality and safety aspects on site
• Arranging of special equipment on sites
• Travel within the country/ province if required
• Ensure crews collect the correct signage elements for relevant sites
• Manage Installations queries
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
• Track Installers overtime

SKILLS

• Experience in utilising an ERP system
• Efficient planning and time management
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills

COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years’ experience as an Installations Manager
• Proven track record in meeting installation deadlines
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Supervising installers, providing on-site direction, and ensuring smooth teamwork.
