DUTIES

• Follow-up on quotations issued to customers
• Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner
• Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
• Ensure compliance across the worksite
• Review all project contracts before submitting to management
• Answer inquiries from potential project partners
• Mediate on-site conflicts
• Conduct quality and safety inspections
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs

SKILLS

• Proven experience as a site manager
• In-depth knowledge of the signage industry
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of quality control principles
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Project Management qualification
